O.M.G! how sad. Truely understandable how he wasnt invited to the funeral, but even sadder that he thought god took her away from him so she could be in the night sky forever...the reality was that he left her at the mandap, blaming her for a crime she didnt commit, for something that happened when she was not even a toddler...[:'(]

My God Zee! What a sublime piece of writing. The sort which forces you to read each sentence slowly, savouring the beauty of the images you evoke with your words. You've swept me through a whole spectrum of emotions in the span of a few paragraphs. Much as I always want the hamesha, any other ending wouldn't have done justice.
