That's totally true, but I would generalize this to all BT soaps b/c most of her shows are run by the same handful of people. While SS is most verbally hateful in regards to YHM - even NB has been shown to tell viewers to not take fiction seriously, etc...which while not verbally abusive, it does belittle the audience to some degree.
This is why TRP aunties watch anything - b/c they don't know or care for off screen stuff 😆
Idk Indian TV seems to be a big mess especially with all the social media interactions. The show, driven by a story, was fully killed at the start of the new year. Now it's just descrecrating the corpse in terms of quality. So let them pull all the stunts they can to get TRPs - I mean Indian TV isn't going to change b/c viewers get hooked early on, may protest a little, but then move on when shows get bad. So easiest thing isn't to get attached.
No means to offend Indian TV but as a long time, on & off viewer of this stuff (thanks to the fact it's on at my house alway) - it's been the same cycle/stories/compromise for years & years now.
