That scene was simple yet very imp.Twinkle did not want Kunj to think that she has soft spot for UV.This explanation of Twinkle shows that for her what Kunj thinks about her matters a lot.When Kunj said she need not explain anything.The smile she gave was like .That she is happy Kunj trust her.

I also liked the scene were Kunj touches UV shoulder to show solidarity to him.This shows how big as person is Kunj.
