Who would have thought I will actually make a Sushpective for today's episode? I didn't...but here I am making one...

There is so much drama...it is hard to make sense of or explain anything with logic...so I won't try...

What it is ...is an emotional saga at the moment...every reaction you see is an emotional one...Unless of course you are not vested in it...emotionally...which is true for example for Jhumki...

So...lets consider the emotional status Gayatri is in...and Ranaji is in...

First Gayatri...

She is a girl who never wanted to harm anyone...

Lived a simple life...

Fell in love...

Married a king beyond her wildest dreams...

And the KING fell in love with her...

Life would have been simple until Sula showed up...

Sula is his first wife

The person he was madly in love with...

Who has every right over him...she was the first QUEEN

Gayatri is not manipulative or cunning...

When Sula tried to commit suicide not wanting to share her husband

It made sense to Gayatri...

She wanted to leave...like any decent person would...

BUT

Ranaji didn't let her...

So now she is back in the Rajmahal, where the best status she can get is that of a "second wife". This is a status that is difficult to accept ...This status quo is not a satisfactory solution for her..she wants a resolution...So, even though one part of her is trying to do the right thing...by giving up the throne...making that decision easier for Ranaji...when it comes to "sharing a husband" the other part of her revolts...She can not accept that...

The dasi drama...hmmm...that's the nautanki part of a desi show...Gayatri wants to do penance...her heart is the right place...but Sulas desire to humiliate her ...shows her heart is not in the right place...This will lead to an explosive situation...Giving no choice to RNJ to stay ambivalent...and also for the viewers to accept his decision...because Sula is not a victim any more...

There are no elegent solutions to this mess...the crapfest has to play out...

There is no way a man can look good trying to manage the conflict and emotions of two wives...

RNJ is doomed...there is NOTHING he can do...which will glorify his persona...This is a lose Lose situation...

Unfortunately he has to take the crap in this crapfest...because he is a desi TV ML...and there is only so much he is allowed to do...while women run the show...😆

His job right now is to look aesthetically pleasing...that's about it...😆

At least one person that is looking good in the show is Swarna...she still has the spunk...

Did I say I like the new guy? I wish he will learn to speak in a more polished way...hopefully Swrana will demand that...😃

If he really is a revolutionary...this story will be very interesting to watch... May be that will be my story for falling in love slowly...

Of course Rajmata ROCKS!!

At least her character has been maintained...and she doesn't need to be saddled like RNJ...

She is thinking...and she ready does not trust BRM...so she is already in a stronger position than RNJ!

Sheets made collages...!! What more can you ask for??

Thx for the effort starting a new thread, and all the collages!

Still cant get over how pleased i was with this latest episode.

Ranaji feeling the heat in his neck, and Gayatri got her spunk back.

And the RM vs BRM conversation again was the cherry on the cake!

I stopped caring about the logic long time ago anyway 😆

IMO for me the show and RaGa would be in trouble without RM. Also because she is a RaGa shipper, it makes it even better. She is putting so much effort to help them, and im wondering if Gayatri and Ranaji are starting to see they need to take some notes!

Yet my mind was still wondering why Gyatri has not tried to contact Swarna again. Those two have so much potential becoming best buddies. Im hoping once the drama in the castle gets toned down, they pick it up again. I hope they don't forget it.

So far i think this week will end well drama wise. Even if it's messy 😛

I haven't seen the precap ...

How would BRM explain the black veil to Gayatri? Does her real face come out to Gayatri before the birthday?

In any case...I LOVE the SARIs Gayatri is wearing! The blue one with golden blouse is another lovely one! I have the same combination .and totally love it!

BTW...the purple one was the BEST! I am wearing purple for Diwali.😃

Question for the costume designer - Jhumki was complaining of the heat and our man roams around in those turtlenecks! Why is RNJ wearing turtlenecks in Rajasthan?
