It's a task so staff have a choice to refuse.Aman didn't have to go bald no one held a gun to his head and said you better do it.If they manage to do all tasks given then of course staff should win!

what i dont understand is its a hotel! so how can guest make the staff shave his head?

You can interpret your choice. But it sounds like just synchronized swimming in a pool.. Hey, its an olympic sport 😆 plus mandana's face shown in precap.. Will be worth it 👏

Ha ha.. Right. It looks dumb. Aman didnt look like he had any issues.. He appears to b smiling. It was easy. Suyesh kaa chatta jhaDwaana tha. 😆

See it is a task where they can make things interesting. For a group of hardworkers, no normal task would be very tough. They have to make people quit. And normal people WILL quit if something so humiliating is given to them. But they are still doing the tasks because they don't want to lose and be nominated. That is their game. And same way Rishabh and Mandy are also playing. Unless you really put efforts into winning, there is no meaning to a task.

If the staff don't wanna lose and can do all these humiliating tasks, then why should the guests lose? They will also do what they can to win. Nobody is forcing anyone. Everybody just wants to win.
