Green Corridor : Though, there is no official law, but over the last few years, policing has been redefined in our country. Besides more effective crime busting, the law system and the police have been sensitized to the needs of the society. And thanks to the new breed of police officers like Khurana of Reporters who wear their heart on their sleeves, they are contributing in a huge way towards saving lives. The same was witnessed in the LPG Blast Case, where a child was provided a Green Corridor with the joint efforts of Miss. Kashyap and her EIC boyfriend along with the support of the staff of KKN and Delhi Police. Green Corridor is actually building up a situation in which, a particular individual/ an organization will not be detained at any point and at any level, under any circumstances, by any authority, what so ever, while his commutation. We keep on reading such news in the newspapers where in case of vital organs transplant, such as heart, brain, kidney, liver, etc., a green corridor was created in two cities, which means, the related parties were not detained anywhere and were given priority at every level. Same situation was created for Raju, the victim of LPG Blast Case. In this case, what was noteworthy, that we could see Khalid and Kabir talking to Commissioner of Police and Khurana, respectively, which means that without the support of police and presence of legal provisions, Green corridor could not have been created.
Bomb Blast Case: The case that brought tears into our eyes and told us about the undying love of Kabir for Ananya, was one of the most important and relevant cases of this season. This case covered the most sensitive issue which we all are dealing with, the issue of terrorism. In this case, Ananya being made a human bomb and terrorists planning for a bomb blast in Delhi gave us a fair picture of the mindset of terrorists and the gravity of the situation. Under the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act 1987, all these clauses are covered and the punishment is indeed severe. No wonder, we found the terrorists preferring to suicide rather than getting arrested, which happens even in reality.
