reason behind ishita's bhoot behaviour?

in my opinion shagun is alive and she along with ashok are making ishita do the bhoot thing by blackmailing her on her child's name(the surrogate baby). shagun will ask ishita to prove herself mad and leave bhalla house if she wants her(shagun) to deliver her(ishita's) baby.

what do you guys think??

p.s. cvs should not take a leap at all as yhm was a mature love story and cvs showed both ishita and raman's character in their late 20s and early 30s.a leap of some years would make them old 😆
