1)have you got any acting experience or been to an acting school?.........if not you need to join one like Actor Prepares in mumbai, they do good acting courses

2)you need a portfolio with photo's taken professionally

3)you need skills i.e dancing, language etc

4)you need to get out there and mingle to make contacts...even if it does just get you ad films and music videos it will get you noticed

5)you need support, paitence and a good finacial backing!

6)you need an agent
