RM seems to be a woman who never believed in old traditions. Or it can be she loved someone else and had to marry RNJ's father due to political compulsions.

From BRM's many snide remarks, i thought RM was a through anglophile or she was from a different country or something.

I think RM's character will reveal more of itself,when she & BRM or G have some conflicts.

don't think they'll revist her wedding woes, probably in more dialogues when she shares something with G or RNJ.

May be RM's marriage was a political alliance.
