girls! ye forum bohot thanda parh gaya hai... plz make some noise...

Anyways.. coming to this post...
I just read Kavika's post - My HERO ... (link at the end of the post)

and since I fancy myself as quite an amateur poet... its in my nature to reply/comment on a poem with another poem..

So thanks to Kavika for inspiring me.
.. do check out her work, I really liked it.

and This poem is from Kabir's POV.

Amidst the noise within my soul...
A voice propel's me to fight...
to conquer my demons and subdue their *queen...
To find my way back into light.

She submits not..
to the unjust orders of a power hungry man.
But sticks to her morales...
yet outshines him
for she knows that she can...

The voice and the beholder not only lures..
pathos of a wounded heart,
she knows how to cure...
One day she'll bring the torch to end my darkness;
Im sure..

Before we met, She idolized me,
and after so, mesmerized me
layer by layer,
my character she started to peel
I fear, My feelings, for long,
I wont be able to conceal..

We fought, We reconciled.
We kissed, we cried
We failed, We won
But she taught me to never give up
When circumstances tried.


She taught me virtues of life
She gave meaning to my smiles...
She is every thing I wished for..
Our togetherness is my prize...

Together we slayed our enemies,
Together We made amends...
Together we set out on a journey...
A Journey, I pray never ends...

Before I leave,
I'd like to tell this lady...
whose heart is filled with courage and compassion...
Her hand that I held, I'll never let go..
I shall always respect her decisions.

to this girl I fell in love with..
I'd like her to know...
The heroic characters as a child I read about...
She's the best of the...
My very own SuperHero...

P.S for those who perhaps couldn't understand the line about the "Demons and their queen"..
well by demons ofcourse I meant Vices.. the bad about him... and about the queen... who else can I refer to as the demon queen?? Ofcouse yaar... - Shreya.. aur kaun.

Aww.. Thank u so much yaar.. Yours was nice too... I think both of ours are appropriate according to their chAracters...
Dont say its kiddish.. its a bit dreamy and carefree like Ananya is.. on the
othrhand since since Kabira is a bit more thoughtful and mature.. I tried to capture that...
