One view to justify Raman's deed

The word "BHAANJ" affects Raman too much affects than Ishita. Because Ishita familiar by this word even before her marriage. So she didn't affect much. But Raman is so emotional with their family. He cares each and everybody. Ishita is his life. So he didn't bear that word. This proved on their Anniversary conversation and his best gift. So he decided that Path without the consent of Ishita also he doesn't even think about the consequences and the way he had choosen is Right or Wrong. Yesterday he didn't even convince Ishita and Audience but the Genuineness of his feelings are really True.One thing he would have been avoided is the over concern of Shagun for their baby.

The idiot did not need to keep it from Ishita. He has a habit of hiding things that always backfire on him. All he had to do is take Ishita in confidence about Shagun having changed and the surrogacy part.

Raman was trying to get ishita in his side as she only person can convince whole family but he failed as ishita herself wasn't convince with raman explained either the audiences

I agree Raman intensions were never wrong but he choose the wrong path because of which the whole family has to bear the consequences. We all know Raman was an impulsive person but he is also smart but in his obsession for the baby he never thought of anything except baby. At least he would not have accepted for Shagun as the surrogate mother.

If he is obsessed with Ishita he could have felt the pain of Ishita. He could have understood the pain of her while making Shagun as surrogate mother

I don't think anyone doubted his intentions .. But his path was completely wrong .. And yesterday he was not convincing because the creatives failed to show some kind of turmoil or introspection about his path during all this time.. They were instead trying the 'shock and awe' formula of trying to show his increasing closeness to Shagun.. They failed him miserably in this track.. Hence he was not convincing yesterday...but I don't believe anyone doubted his love for Ishita

Not just that. He was trying to solve the problem of society calling her 'baanj'. But will surrogacy really help shut people's mouths? In fact it makes the fact that she could not have her own baby all the more apparent! And what is to stop people from gossiping and wondering if it was really Ishita's child! Wouldn't it look more like a cover up for a Raman-Shagun baby!
