Why doesn't Thapki want to go back to Dhruv? - Page 2

I wonder what Thapki's reaction would be when she comes to know that it was not Dhruv who betrayed her .He himself was unconscious Then may be she will forgive him wholeheartedly.

Bihaan , if he really wanted to unite Thapki and Dhruv ,should have somehow let her get to know

Dhruv's innocence in the whole matter.

First of all, the question is, what does Thapki know about the faithful day. My hindi is not clear but the whole picture of what happened that day was not clearly explained to everyone.
Would she feel differently if she was told that Bihaan hit Druv, and Druv was unconscious when the marriage was taking place?
We don't know.
Clearly, she thinks that Druv left her at to alter for Bihaan . if not, she will not be this angry with Druv for hidden the truth for few hours.
I mean, he told her the truth himself.
Knowing Thapki's way of thinking she would have understood Druv after few hours.
But, she does believe he left her...of course I would not wanna go back to that man.

I think after Thapki finally starts to feel for Bihaan, she will know in details what he did to Druv to marry her...then, we will be back to square 1...lol
I wonder why Druv never clarify himself or try to clean his image with Thapki. He would have caused more fight between Bihaan and Thapki ..then they have right now. That is why I love Druv, he never blames or talk bad about bihaan when Thapki and everyone else is around.

Another reason I'd think of is very simple: Dhruv is Bihaan's brother. Yes, morality probably does not play a huge factor in Thapki's rationalizing the situation, but the fact remains that Dhruv and Bihaan are brothers. If Thapki were to marry Dhruv after her divorce, she still would be confronted with Bihaan on a daily basis, living under the same roof as him, her past and the betrayal would always be in front of her. She wouldn't be able to move on - vice versa, e.g. if she remained with Bihaan, she'd move on completely from Dhruv. Why? Just remember the episode of her breakdown after finding out whom she got married to- more than her marriage breaking, what was she devastated about? The fact that Bihaan broke the marriage due to her stammering. Dhruv cannot heal that wound, only Bihaan can (whether as a friend or a lover).

And the love factor is also important. Dhruv has always loved her more, there's no denying of that. Would she love him equally as much, she would never let go - but she is doing exactly that. It looks like Dhruv was a chapter in her life which she is closing now as she is over with it, no hard feelings but not a big enough attachment to cling to- She tried, it didn't work out, let's move on. Maybe she just accepts that her and Dhruv's relationship was only this long-lived and life has different plans for both of them, now.

Amina, you are right, closure is what they needed to move their hearts apart. Thapki needs to know Druv never left her at the alter and Druv needs to know that Thapki may love the idea of being married to him, but never loved him.
I would never marry my husband's brother...no matter the situation. except for liee or death situation. And after the marriage, I will go far from both of them and never comeback...😆
but again, I have never been in love or relationship with my husband's brother, so I don't know how it feels. But for now, its very plainly disgusting.
In tv world, It's a normal thing to marry the finance's brother...after romancing the lather. Then after few months you can start throwing googly eyes at each other....and say "now, real love".
Like Swara...it's heading there and Thapki is also going there. This women are suppose to be good girls...so I don't know why all these story writers are writing.
Well, it's interesting, so we will keep watching and they will keep giving us crap.
