I think the humour of the comments might get lost in the translation.

Thank you for the consideration :)

I'd totally missed this before- damn! Your mum is fantastic- tell Aunty she had me in stitches and she also made me miss my own mum and my best friend's too. They both (don't live in the same place!) have the same knack of keeping a running commentary of hilarious comments like your mum. 😆

I did! Before it aired here in the UK, I watched the episode online. But I didn't really need to because my Mum was busy on the phone during the first part of the episode. And then she came rushing into the room, and only saw the last part of the *ahem* romance 😳, and then asked me what the heck is Laksh thinking by accepting Ragini already?

I didn't want to tell her it was Ragini's dream otherwise she'd wonder how I knew, and my mother really doesn't need to know about the extent of my obsession with this show at the moment. 😆 She then asked me what had happened previously in the episode. And you know what this means? She's actually invested in the show now because she never asks for updates if she's ever missed an episode/scene of a serial. 😃

Thank you. 🤗 Guess it must be a mother thing, eh? 😃 I do love my Mum's commentaries, but sometimes, they can get in the way of me fully enjoying a scene. 😆

Yeah! I have to really hush mine sometimes. We are Gujju and so she keeps saying funny things in Gujarati like if she doesn't someone- she will call them "vandhri" (monkey), kagdi (crow) etc etc. We don't live in the same country so it doesn't happen often but whenever we are together watching, forget concentrating. My friend's mum (they're punjabi Pakistani) is like- "phitte moo" and "daffa karo" and so on- all totally hilarious! 😆

Ahh, same here! 😃 Except, we're Bengali, and sometimes she'll say something really obscure and I'll have no idea what that word means, so I'll ask for her to translate it and then she spends the rest of the time laughing at my confused face. 😆 And goodness, when there's even one aunty here with us and they both are watching a show, the commentary is non-stop and even more hilarious. 😆

My Mum's not impressed with Swara at the mo - "Bas roti rehti hain. Bechara Sanskaar, ek taraf nataunki maa, aur ab yeh hamesha ronewali patni.."
