See blood groups are A, B AB and O right.. at the same time they are also plus or minus due to something called Rh factor.

Abhi's group is B minus. Tannu's is also B minus.. but Tannu's blood has plus symptoms. It happens when mom is minus but the baby is plus. The baby's plus has to come from daddy in that case. Here Abhi is minus, so the plus did not come from him. It has to be some other man with plus.

this is what we all thought would happen...but they did this hospital scene just to see Nikhil shoes...tanu fell down...but what examination did the doctor do to make sure the baby is fine...tanu was unconscious until abhi came...but that blood test...would of been a very good part of the episode...but instead of blood groups of a..b, ab or o...they had a grouping for shoes instead...

b for a black pair of shoes...

so tia the story should now be...

mr abhi do you own a black pair of shoes...

no doctor I own a blue pair of shoes..

well mr abhi...you cannot be the father...because our test shows that the baby father has a black pair of shoes...
