Lota means a mug(also used for some liquid holding vessels)
I can give a proper definition if I know in what context this appeared for our Yu baba😆

I think the lota reference was associated with the saying 'bin pende ka lota' i don't know the literal translation but means someone who can't stick to one side and keeps changing parties. No?

Yes, gwynn. Actually I replied last evening, but my posts didn't post. Sorry, sri, I thought it was you who made the lota comment. Someone called him a lota, as in easily influenced, with ref to his dadi's ability to ghumao him.
