Chapter 1First Day as a Pseudo Couple
The next day dawned, some intense yet soft light caressed her cheeks and illuminated the darkness her shut eyes had, she changed her side to get that peaceful darkness again but now her sleep had vanished, thus she slowly woke up rubbing her eyes.
Just then after a second her alarm rang
"Late current!", she said and turned it off
"So munni baba you woke up", an elderly lady came to Khushi, as she jumped in joy on seeing the face
"Nanny auntieee!", she screamed out of extreme joy and jumped to hug her making her almost lose her balance
"any new friends?", the lady asked as they sat on her bed
"Ermm no you know I am a loner right?", Khushi winked
"aww bacha you are the sweetest no loner okay!", she said kissing on her nose
"err why you always are so flat on my nose?... eww its too big!", Khushi pinched her nose as she was taking a morning selfie to post on her facebook with her nanny
"Why do you think so... think you are the prettiest girl!"
"I dislike illusions!", Khushi rolled her eyes as she glanced in her dressing table's mirror just in front of her bed and touched her nose, "But I know it's true!", she winked at her nanny
"Get ready... waiting for you with a surprise downstairs!", nanny whispered and Khushi readily agreed

Khushi dressed herself in baby pink T shirt and white jeans wearing a slight creamy jacket, her hair tied lose with a pink bow, and butt of hair lingering on her left cheek making her look extremely cute. She left no second to take her mobile and click a selfie with a pout
She turned on her internet connection to upload it as she opened her facebook she saw a friend request along with a poke it was from her pseudo Boyfriend Arnav Singh Raizada, she visited his profile and got his twitter account link he had joined with his FB account
"My goodness he is such an active lad!", Khushi raised her eyebrows
She turned stiff as she scrolled down the page reading his tweets and retweets. She was shocked to find more than twenty tweets retweeted by thousands of people in just past few hours when she was engrossed in her deep sleep.. her eyes popped out when she found out that most of tweets were related to her!

Khushi fumed as she read her name in his tweet and she turned saturated to such extent that didn't even read his further tweets and disconnected the net but not before she deleted his friend request!

Khushi entered the dining hall smiling reciprocating the one on her nanny's face, again she didn't find her dad on the table, Nanny noticed the change on her face as Khushi blinked her tears but both kept mum. Khushi quietly had her breakfast not even complimenting her aunty for making her favorite pancake for her and left quietly not at all in good mood!

Khushi entered the college but to her much shock everyone's eyes were just on her, 'Maybe i am looking much sexy in my outfit! she thought with a confident mind but it was really strange to see everyone staring at her... she checked herself in almost all the rear-view mirror of each and every vehicle she came across! She was busy chatting with herself until Sheetal called out her name, Khushi concluded that something definitely was at mess as her 'so called' friend came to her.. nah it wasn't like Khushi didn't like Sheetal though she flattered around boys as a honeybee across her hive but instead she loved her sweet talks however she never got along with this girl from the day she was dating Khushi's ex boyfriend Amit. Though their breakup was with a mutual consent and quite normal unlike others Khushi could never be Just Friends with him thereafter!
"Hey how are you?", Sheetal asked with a sweet smile
"Fine", Khushi was really uncomfortable with her thus she made an excuse of going to the washroom, she knew it was foolish to be cold with Sheetal as she had no hard feelings for her or Amit but she JUST couldn't get along with them maybe it is true that IT IS NOT EASY TO BE FRIENDS WITH YOUR EX! *sigh*
She went to the washroom but some uneasy voice broke her chains of thoughts, it was strange 'suuu' type sound coming from boy's washroom and she was insane enough to just peep in through the lock hole to see what was happening, she found a strange scene a guy outside the door was saying, 'suuu' repeatedly and a guy inside sounded frustrating as he was screaming in low voice, "MORE PRESSURE!!", and the guy outside stressing more on his 'suuu' voice. Her jaw dropped down when she saw Arnav coming out of the toilet
"FINALLY... RELEASED!!", he said relaxing himself and pulling his pant's zip
Khushi couldn't control her laughter and burst out, Shyaam and Arnav came out to check what happened. Shyaam's was quite dimmed as he realized that a girl caught them while Arnav acted as if he was unaffected but his eyes were shouting his embarrassment. Shyaam escaped as Khushi moved towards the window and Arnav signaled him he will manage!
"Khushii!!!"
"I didn't see anything explicit don't worry!", she clutched her stomach hard and sat on the stairs of her college and as the lectures had time to start nobody was yet upstairs giving them full privacy to talk and tease
"I don't mind you seeing anything that kind... you are my girlfriend afterall... just mind that it may turn you ON!", he winked trying to shift the topic
"You are such a JERK", she punched him hard at his shoulders
"Hey is it a girl's hand?", Arnav caressed his hurt shoulders
"but suuu for susu!!", Khushi burst out again
"That's the way how the pressure releases in my case!.. I don't know how but I am sensitive to that sound when I drink water and when I am struggling... only this works!" , Arnav was extremely impish with a girlish pink hue spread on his cheeks!
"You know what that's the tactics used on kids but YOU THE 17 YEAR OLD KID", Khushi again burst out to such an extent that tears oozed out off her eyes, Arnav was mesmerized to see her kiddish laughter, but the cause really embarrassed him to hell
"Okay fine let's go to the canteen now", Arnav stood up and almost dragged Khushi with him
Again as they were moving through their college premises everyone was glaring them without blinking!
"Now this is utter FRUSTRATING!", Khushi said almost running to escaping the owls around and Arnav finding it hard to match her speed
"What?", he said holding he hands and slightly pulling her that slowed her down
"These OWLS!", she said under gritted teeth
"Ohh Baby now get used to this limelight you are my Pseudo girlfriend!", he said putting his hands across her waist
"Hey keep your hands..awa", she was about to say away but kept mum as he removed his cell out of her pocket, and romantically took his hands in hers
She suddenly stopped when they were walking arms in arms when Khushi stopped suddenly!
"What happened?"
"In canteen too we will be center of attraction!"
"Are you asking or questioning my princess?", he said putting the but of hair that fell on her cheeks behind her hair, irritating her much but she controlled herself
"Oh PLEASE I am serious... let's go somewhere else!"
"Where?"
"To my house?"
"Ohh So you don't wanna attend lectures and want complete privacy huh?", he winked
"No I want some space!... let's go upstairs again!"
"Err no we will go to my place!"
"Your house more faraway than mine OKAY!"
"I live in a nearby hostel Khushi!"
"Why don't you live with your parents?"
"Why the hell is that matter of your concern... just look at your expressions man they are so serious", Arnav said jokingly but as it didn't convince Khushi so he continued, "see I live in hostel since I was ten and I so am comfortable so can we go?", he said swiping his hands around her waist and whispering in her ears dragging her close, Khushi nodded as she realized many eyes watching their teeny-weeny romantic scenes!

Khushi's eyes almost popped out in shock when she saw even outsiders near the hostel gates starring her as she was an alien, Arnav read her by her expressions, "Khushi you are entering a boy's hostel!", he reminded her that made her realise that the expressions people abot were having is quite normal!
"Why the hell people are so concerned about other's life!... a typical human tendency!"
"So What will you take honey?", Arnav sat extremely close to her
"You are a Pseudo no need to be real!", she distanced herself with attitude
"I like the name Pseudo! You seem to be good at physics!", he giggled
Khushi looked at him strangely, 'How did he come to know?.. anyway his room is quite lavish unlike typical hostel her friend lived in!', she thought but this was the time for confrontation not pondering, she pushed him on the bed standing erect in front of him, throwing her bag rudely beside him
""Hey what's in your mind, Arnav said holding his jacket more closer near his chest as if Khushi was going to strip him off
"Just Shut Up... I am not gonna do what you are dreaming about", she hit him sarcastically and continued, "Just tell me when and why the hell did you take my video?"
"Errr that.. I would have answered you even if you would had asked me like a gentleman!", Arnav giggled sitting leaning a bit forward with his hands placed near his thighs
"ANSWER", Khushi screamed frightening him a bit
"Hey slowly...slowly people may think you as a abla naari[helpless woman] and come here to hang me!", he giggled and made fun of her irking her, Khushi widened her confronting eyes filled with questions that demanded answers!
"Okay...okay fine I was just pondering more on you and just accidentally did take that video which now I am using to blackmail you!"
"Why were you stalking me?", she pinched her eyebrows
"Because you were worth ASR's attention!", Khushi rolled her eyes but somehow she was filled with pride
"But why only me?"
"Because I realized you won't love me anytime, thus it was a challenge getting you... look you were quite sort of not a typical girl plus you have quite an attitude coming from self obsession all traits that I want my girlfriend to have!", he relaxed himself on his chair getting up from bed
"But i am not a cent interested in you!", she was rude
"That adds to my benefit now!... hmm I am not a guy who would go crazy with a refusal OKAY!!... see my friends would tease me all the time for being single yet handsome*winks* so I thought why don't I take revenge from you.. also I guess everyone knew I was attracted to you so I didn't wish any stain on my image via your refusal! After our boards we can breakup and that will be all fine as it won't tarnish anyone of us!", he spoke out his plan
"Than what's all that she is my life, love you till death?"
"Hashtags!"
"Why?"
"Why do you think I have made you my pseudo girlfriend?"
"So you want a girlfriend just for your friends?"
"Yes my dear.. I just don't wanna create my image as a bal brahamachari!"
"So you are a Virgin?"
Arnav's jaw dropped with sudden question that was off topic
"Err aren't you...", Arnav was about to speak something but Khushi started in middle, "Err sorry for being so direct... I was stunned to see someone from B Town so... You know all those news from channels like Zoom regarding...", Khushi was struggling with her vocabulary to find some gentle words but failed terribly
"Oh I understand!", he patted on her shoulders and gave a small kiss on her cheeks and went inside
Khushi was lost in a trance but just within a second she gained consciousness and immediately took his phone that he left near her to delete the video but Arnav wasn't that dumb to leave his phone susceptible to the virus called Khushi.. he was smart enough to keep a pattern lock that Khushi struggled with until he took the phone from behind
Khushi immediately rushed to the door without even looking at him as her sixth sense knew his next move, but before she could reach the door he pulled and pinned her against the wall making her breathless again
"I don't trust you... you will have to be my girlfriend for the whole final year mind you!", he said as his finger lingered over her face
"We are getting late for lect...", she spoke put he placed his finger on her lips
"Lets bunk everything today Just you and...me", he said taking his nose near her collar bone
"Did you drink that whole bottle of water right now?", she questioned
He glanced at the bottle and then back at her and smirked, "I have the power to drink three such bottles at a time.. though today I drank only two!", he declared proudly
"Suuu", Khushi whispered slowly
"What?"
"Suuu", her voice became more clearer
"Hey NO... I won't be able to control!", Arnav ran out of the room and Khushi behind him like a police behind thief
"Dare you cross the limits of a Pseudo boyfriend again", Khushi screamed loudly running behind him making the sound of 'suuu'
