And yes, they can make temporary tattoo of suhani's name beside that S... but the Suhani tattoo Yuvraj got was small... dunno how they'll manage it... one episode down they forgot about the tattoo already😆

As per the show, he got that S for soumya earlier... but he couldn't get the whole name done due to pain, so just kept the S. He got this Suhani one on the same arm... almost same spot... toh?

Now you put a doubt in my head, Ikea. It's two tattoos? 😲 But din't they keep showing left hand for both tattoos? 🤔
