Something inherently poetic and musical about the language- even a rant in Urdu (for eg, Kashaf shouting at Zaroon in the library in ZGH), sounds so polite and polished.

A testimonial is given by a "friend" on India Forums who sends a message that can be displayed on your profile. It can be seen by anyone who sees your profile. Basically- it may be greetings, an expression of affection, etc,.

A scrap is again left on your profile by a member which is again a message. It can be seen by you or anyone who sees your profile. It is used so that you can convey something to your friend without posting it on the forum itself. It's like a PM (Private Message)- but can be seen by everyone; unlike a PM which can be seen by you only.
