Epi 2 got me thinking...shouldn't srikant stay under protection?

After tonight's epi I've been thinking. Police promised that they won't let thayi or bhau's ppl hurt him or Survi. shouldn't that protection continue after today's epi. They should get protection. After all Srikant helped, though it was forcefully.

The police knew that his life was at risk after the arrest attempt/murder then why not take Srikant and purvi into safe custody till the violence at the chawl ue to bhau's death is supressed?

Of course, he and his family should be under full protection. May be in some sort of witness protection as well.

But as I have stated in some other prior forums - this is the world that CVs have created for their story telling conveniences. Things/laws/characters/morality that is everything changes to suit the narrative.

Overall the episode was good. Tai did well

Lekhs..forget about the logic..if he had police protection then the real story of yvr will never happen..😆

that's true.

from yesterday's epi it seems like the police went away and then realized they left behind the father and daughter😆

but then later the police seems to be convinced to send the two back to the chawl. I wonder why
