Why was the first WRITER fired?

Does anyone actually know why the first writer was fired in the first place? The show was doing so well!!! Did it always have low TRPs? Even when they were showing what the audience wanted! We got to see sizzling Manya chemistry! Why did they go on about ruing their own show 😕
