You dont have to look like a doctor if you are professionally a doctor... it is a profession, they are qualified for it..

Call me crazy but i don't think SRK is an actual doctor. I think he is some undercover cop who pretends to be a doctor to get close to Kajol to get close to her Dad (the mafia king or something of that sort). Maybe he ends up killing her dad and then it is a love-hate relationship between them.
