Remember the "lovely" act? Sanaya was clearly not confidant about her dance, but she has shown her growth, she has gone through the journey of dance and just look at her dance now!What an improvement!She has shown her potential at dancing, and I think if she is given a more challenging dance form, she would be able to pull it off well.
I have a serious question, I mean the middle portion with all the lifts and actual dancing and all were great, but did you guys actually like the beginning and the ending, when the water was sprayed on the two of them?
Suppose instead of Sanaya, any other actress pulled this off,would you still have sung these praises?Would you rather watch a sensual freestyle act or a more technical dance from an actress who has proved her mettle?
I have nothing against Sanaya she is just following her choreography, but do you not feel Jai took the easy way out as in JDJ all sensual acts no matter who performs them have always been appreciated more than any other dance form.
@ Shreya : my point was only that Jai was distasteful in his choreography, do you disagree?
@sayari : "chipkoing" is a term which means not standing 2 KM apart but actually touching each other, intimately, which was the crux of the last portion in the bathtub.
@ Deepthi : exactly, there are so many expressions out there, capable of being portrayed by Sanaya, she is a fabulous actress, why choose lust? I love her vivacious,bubbly and energetic nature, but even she was a bit mellow till the start of her next performance.I think she can do so much more!

Sanaya has shown tremendous improvement as a dancer from Lovely ho gai to this week, but even as a fan I think the Pehli baar act (with BG dancers) was not good at all,particularly the sync. Except for that one she has had an upward learning curve.

Regarding choosing a sensual act, Jhalak scriptwriters or whoever have just chosen to give this bubbly happy go lucky image to Sanaya. Yes she is quite like that in real life, so to do more n more bubbly acts will be too easy for her, she wont be exploring anything new, testing her boundaries. And that is needed to grow further as a dancer and an actor. Sensuality is very much a part of real life, I donot get it why it has to be brushed under the carpet. I ve seen many such acts in other shows (not Indian of course) and found many of them very very good, way better than San's act too.. It was the way they portrayed it that mattered..

I dont know about others but for me personally the last part of the act, under the shower was the best. That was the highlight of the act and I loved it. That part even Jai's expressions were good. The lifts were brilliant of course.

I want Sanaya to do a full scale horror act and scare the hell out of us next week as she said in the promo. That too will be a challenge to her as she is not at all o horror loving person and its not fitting her so called image..

But i think the coolest thing about being a dancer is that you try every thing.People criticize jai but i personally find him one of the most versatile and brave choreo at jhalak because he is daring to explore sanaya to the max. Shamita is a nice dancer but the problem i have with her is that she is not a versatile one.yes its her choreo's fault that he has been constantly doing typical bollywood with her ,she has not done anything to surprise people away.

jai's hardwork shows from hard core bollywood(lovely), jesay mera tu( disney), dhoom(rock) ,banno( punjabi), baby doll(mujra),charlie( one of its kind), khuda janey( aerial) and to aj phir (romantic sensuous).He has explored her talent in so many forms.And during all this she has only groomed and improved as a dancer,actress and performer.And this is the sole reason for her being so far in jhalak..And i just love shahid and ganesh for mentioning her versatility every single week.

And i seriously don't understand people having problem with her dress. i dont know if its only me who thought her dress to be quite decent . Did you see shamita's dress dancing in front in the marathon ? sanaya's dress at least had net covering shamita's one just had a top and as short skirt(what ever it is called) as sanaya's.i again have nothing against shamita's dress,those dresses are to wear accordingly, so whats the big deal.
