I think both Naram Panthis and Garam Panthis had their roles in the freedom struggle, it is just that unfortunately Garam Panthis' role was never given due attention and people still don't know much about them. Even among Naram Panthis, a select few grabbed all attention. Ek particular family to Gandhi name ko hijack karke apni dukaan abhi tak chalaa rahi hai.

I think, its the combination that did it. Just when Gandhi ji's principles were creating havoc for the gora log, Bhagat Singh ji just added the turbo gear to the whole movement. I can even go to the length of sayin, he expedited the movement cus everyone took notice of it and it seemed more threatening as well. Cant isolate either and say whose principles worked better...thank god they both were there, or else things would have been different today.
