Episode starts with Raman seeing Shagun getting out of the car which Adi had described.. He calls her out and starts scolding her asking how could she think of hurting Ishu's baby?? He says he's ashamed that he ever had a relationship with her and asks her to stay away from his children as they are Ishu's, not her's.. Manoj comes in defending Shagun asking Raman to stop.. Raman tells him he doesnt know Shagun, she can do anything for money but Manoj asks him to mind his language.. He tells that Shagun is a changed woman now who works for an NGO and saved many escort women..
Shagun asks Manoj to stop but he goes on that it was Shagun who was wanting Ishu to be pregnant as asked me to do anything possible for it to happen.. He tells that she is a great woman and all she wants today is Ishu's happiness.. Raman thinks if Shagun has really changed then who's behind the accident.. Ashok's driver comes asking for money but Ashok refuses saying he didnt finish the work.. Ashok throws him out.. Driver warns Ashok and leaves.. In car Ishra are talking about Shagun and Ishu is happy that Shagun has changed..
Ishu asks him to take her to clinic as she needs to talk to Dr Batra but Raman is skeptical fearing of getting scolded.. He tries to make excuses which Ishu figures out and asks him.. Raman admits that he warned Dr Batra not to give her any case.. Ishu says she understands his concern for her and baby but if she sits as home for 9 months, then she will go into depression.. Raman understands and agrees..
Shagun argues with Manoj for supporting her.. Manoj says he did this for her as he couldnt bear her insult and tells that he felt there is something between them but Shagun asks him to stop there itself.. She says there is nothing between them and tells that she now feels her friendship with him itself was a big mistake.. She leaves.. Neelu is busy so Simmi asks new maid to get medicines.. Sarika comes asking for her and Simmi tells that she sent her as she was free.. Sarika gets annoyed as she was here for her and asks Simmi to leave it as she's already getting late.. Mr Bhalla looks on..
Later in evening, Toshiji announces that they all will be leaving to Mata ka Mandir as all good things are happening.. Ishu refuses as she has a patient to attend and so does Sarika because of her classes but Toshiji insists and they both agree.. Next morning, all ready to board the bus.. The bus driver is the same man who Ashok had hired to do Ishu's accident.. Flashback shows him losing his son as money wasnt deposited on time for operation.. He thinks that Ashok snatched his son and he will snatch Ashok's happiness.. He remembers Ashok telling he loves Adi his son a lot.. Driver self talk that Ashok will also lose his son..
Driver's wife goes to police Station and meets Abhishek telling him that her husband is going to do something wrong.. She tells he didnt come back in the night and says that he wanted to take revenge from Ashok Khanna and said that he will snatch something from him..
Bhalla's start their journey.. Abhishek meets Ashok and talks about his ex-driver wanting to harm him by snatching something important from him and tells about his son dying.. Ashok asks him to relax saying that he might have been drunk and must be somewhere.. Abhishek leaves and Ashok realises that he had told him that he's attached to his son Adi and so Adi's life in is Danger..Ashok says to himself lets see what Raman does to save his son..
