Star One was hands down my favourite channel ever. The only daily show I followed after it was discontinued was IPK. Then I pretty much didn't watch Indian TV till last November when I discovered Everest, and now Reporters. But both are finite series and I think that's probably the way to go now. I cannot stick to soaps anymore, I've tried ample of them in the last 3 years.

I hated all soaps on that channel, except GHSP.

^well i think u have a bad taste in TV shows I guess, and yeah GHSP mjht rbo DMG soaps were the shiitest soaps ever made, the shows mentioned her were classy and top notch level that's why they have been mentioned. it's almost a shame if one gets to praise a daily soap in that order...buh !!

Sarabhai is one finest comedy show that Indian television ever made. These days I find the same vibe from Sumit Sambhal lega. Its not that awesome but its good even though its copied version.

Remix of course was like my lifeline back then. 😆 Every teen should watch that atleast once in their life.

Star One was brave to try these shows and no other channel has even come close to what it had. Sad it got destroyed in the competition of achieving targets and ratings. In order to find those it just got lost.

Didnt they changed just the name from star one to Life Ok? I used to follow Mahakumbh on life ok but havent seen it for ages now.

The thing is star one started making really crappy shows towards the end.

I used to hate GHSP. DMG was entertaining in the beginning but then later it got worse than all ekta serials because of multiple actor changes for riddhima. Even worse they brought back the old riddhima as another character .
