The Crazy Creatives Team is officially recruiting new minions into the team! We are looking for a maximum of 10 new minions to join our crazy team.

Before I provide any more information, here's the link to the tour of our exclusive forum -->> The Tour.

Also, watch out for some fun activities and threads in some of the forums around IF during this recruitment. The CC team will be everywhere. There will be no escaping us. 😃

Here's a list of the subteams included in the CC team:

Raising Awareness & Discussions Subteam:
-Responsible for all serious discussions and light hearted threads.

Events & Festivals Subteam
-Does most events and festivals threads of various religions.

Miscellaneous Subteam
-This subteam handles all in-house activities (games, contests, awards, and banner contests for the CCs) and the IF Newsletter.

Birthdays Subteam
-They must create the uncovered birthdays of all DTs, BollyCurry Buzzers and Crazy Creatives.

Games & Contests Subteam
-G&C presents IF with grand contests and/or games per month.

[+] The application process will consist of three parts to it:
1) Basic information about yourself (name, country, age)
2) The second task will be revealed by PM to those selected.
3) A group activity of some sort to determine your ability to work in a team.

[+]You must NOT be a newbie or a groupbie. All other ladder groups are accepted.

[+] DT will be accepted this time around. You must meet ONE of the four criterias listed below:
a) You must be the DT of one or no forum. (Your one forum must NOT be heavily busy).
b) You must be the DT of a show that has ended.
c) Your show must be a seasonal show (example, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, Bigg Boss). The show must be in its final stages and not recently started.
d) You must be in the process of quitting the DT and accepting regular member or Veteran Member status.

[+] BollyCurry Buzzers will be permitted to apply as well. However, as per last year, the condition still applies. For more details, contact either me or gk_09.

[+] You must not have gotten a warning level increase and/or PM warning in the past ONE YEAR.

[+] You must have a strong grasp of the English language to create comprehensible threads.

[+] If you have any questions please contact ONE of the following: 18shabbo, -RD-, supercool3, Yuvika_15 or Angel-Jot. Do NOT PM all of us. Wait at least 72 hours for a response before PMing another one of us.

7) In 200 words, explain why you want to join the CC team.

If you do not make it to the second round, we will not be entertaining any PMs asking for an explanation due to the volume of applications we receive. Any such PMs will be deleted as soon as they are received.

#How will you decide who goes on to the second round?

Your age will play a major factor in determining whether or not you will go on to the second round. We are looking for mature and capable individuals to join the team. Along with that, we will go through your past activity in the various forums you've spent your time in. We will speak to the Development Team of each of those forums to get an unbiased professional view on your ability to follow rules.

#How much time do you expect us to dedicate approximately?

A maximum of 3-4 hours per week or less. However, it varies subteam to subteam and month to month based on work load.

#I'm a student. I can't be very active all the time on IF.

That's alright. More than 90% of the team consists of students, including the Head. If you need time away for exams, projects, assignments, we provide that for you. The Captains of each subteam will assist in balancing your time on IF and the time you require for school.

#I don't make signatures, make video mixes or write fan fictions.

That's not a problem. We just need you to demonstrate that you have the creative mind we are looking for. The team has members that can do the graphics making part of each thread. If you've done any sort of creative thread in the past, we want a link. 😃

#I received a warning level a year ago but it has been reduced since then because of good behaviour. Am I still eligible?

Of course you are! You will be given the same opportunity as any other member without a warning level will be given.

#Can I choose which subteam I apply for?

No. When you apply, you automatically apply for all the subteams. If you are chosen as one of the finalists as a new Crazy Creative, you will be given the chance to choose your first and second choices.

#If I make signatures for the Crazy Creatives or provide them with gifts, will I get selected?
Yes! We love bribes. 😃 No, I'm kidding. 🤣 And no, we never got such questions (thank God) but what's recruitment without a little bit of fun? 😉

Jokes apart, good luck with everyone applying for CC! We're without a doubt the best team of IF (regardless of what other people may believe ) and if you're in RAD, you have most amazing captain ever aka yours truly 😎
