At Court Viplav and Dhani are amused and shocked on seeing each other. Dhani and Rajlakshmi murmur and Dhani says "Oh This is same Rakshas".Rajlakshmi asks Dhani whether he is the same lawyer ? Why he is here ? Because of him we are in this mess now what more he wants from us?
LalaJi and his lawyer are already present there. Proceedings begin in presence of DM
Lalaji's Lawyer in his argument says that Lalaji got this ashram from his Dadji years ago. Now he wants the Ashram back and have already given 7 days notice period. So I request u to evict these widows from Ashram.
Viplav gives his argument and says *DM Sir these widows are living in Ashram since many years and are paying all rents on time along with Electricity bills too. If someone is living in particular place from long time and pays for that place regularly then that place turns into home. These widows have passed their life in the ashram. So i request you to please consider and let them live in ashram.*
Viplav tells DM that he has all original documents and he turns back and asks Dhani about the Ashram Papers. All widows are shocked and are dumbstruck. Viplav again asks about the paper but after getting no response from Dhani he comes near and asks about the matter. Dhani shivers and explains "One guy came with your reference and took the papers". Indrani gives same answer that they gave whole file to that guy. Viplav is confused and tells that he is not aware of this and no one was sent from his side. Dhani starts arguing and thinks that this is some kind of prank.Dhani says "I know papers are with you so please don't make scene and stop lying. Viplav's anger starts increasing and he says "Are you mad? I came from Delhi to help you with this case and you are questioning me here in front of DM?
The arguments between Viplav and widows gives Lalaji's lawyer a chance and he quickly tells DM *I can all say that these arguments between the Lawyer and widows prove that they have don't have strong proof and are wasting time.
Viplav tries to control the situation and argues " DM Sir you can see these widows are in such a state that they misplaced papers in tension.Hence I request you to please extend the duration and give us more time. These widows are living in this Ashram from long time and half of them have passed their majority of life here. Please consider and give us more time. So Lalaji's lawyer in between argue that this is wrong. Even DM tells Viplav that without Proof he can do nothing and thus when he is about give his final word but Viplav stops him.Viplav took out his laptop and asked DM whether they accept photo copy in soft format. So DM says yes and Viplav shows him a 40 year old Photo of the Ashram .
In the court Premise Tripurari is also present with a shawl over his head to hide himself.
DM agrees with Viplav and passes the stay order on the Ashram. DM warns Viplav that if he fails in providing the proof then this case will easily go in favour of Lalaji. Viplav assures him that he will act accordingly.
Viplav takes his laptop in style and comes near Dhani and acts as if he saved their life. He tells her that from next time keep the papers in proper place and bring them without fail and he leaves. Other widows cheer and have smile on their face while Dhani Rajlakshmi are in shock.
Viplav while going near his car talks to himself *That widow girl is so weird. I am helping her and yet no Thank You ?* Meanwhile Dhani Rajlakshmi and Suvarna comes out and stary talking about Viplav. Rajlakshmi accuses Viplav and says *I am sure this guy is behind all the mess. From the day he has entered our life everything is going wrong. Dhani he harrased you with whole Alcohol drama and now he has come back to help us. Dhani is about to say * I know why this Rakshas is here...!!But she stops as Viplav enters and gives his final word.Viplav is fuming with anger and says * I came from Delhi to help you and save your Ashram.Instead of thanking me you and your group is busy bitching about me. Please for godsake stop blaming me for everything.If there is Flood in Banaras then blame Rakshas, Problem in water supply blame Rakshas, Ganga Ghats not clean then blame Rakshas. So Rajlakshmi answers back * Oh hello don't act we know this is your plan to turn into good soul from a devil. You are the main culprit behind this. Viplav and Rajlaksmi enter into argument.In between Dhani gets to know that Rakshas actual name is Viplav. Later Viplav decides not to fight this case and tell Dhani that now he won't help them and at samw time other widows come downstairs and hear this. Viplav leaves the place in anger. All widows are tensed and worried about their future.
Here at Viplav's home Kanak is supervising decorations and Dadi is making Rangoli. Viplavs dad is changing bulb fuse so Kanak taunts him and makes fun of him. Here Tripurari calls Dashrath and informs him about how Viplav saved widow's ashram at end moment. Dashrath is worried but takes sigh of relief when Tripurari tells him that Viplav has fought with widows and left the case. Dashrath comes out and Kanak asks about the decoration so he appreciates her and taunts Sushmaji even though she was the one who prepared the rangoli. Viplav enter and takes blessings from all. Kanak tells him that she knew about his arrival. Dadaji takes Viplav in corner and emotionally blackmails him that why he came Banaras when he warned him at first place. So Viplav explains how his mentor compelled him to fight this case but now he is no more associated with the case. Dadaji is happy on hearing this.
Here Widows are heading back towards Ashram. Rajlakshmi blames Dhani for all the mess and taunts her why she is not doing the drama of praying like always ?. Indrani warns Rajlakshmi but she pays no heed ans keeps bashing Dhani. She accuses that along with Viplav even Dhani is cheating and betraying all widows. Dhani in her mind says *Everyone is losing hope from me and to gain back their confidence I need to get back those papers anyhow.*
Episode Ends
Precap : All widows are shocked to see their belongings and other furniture thrown out of the Ashram. Door was locked from outside with two wooden planks in cross pattern. In next scene they show Dhani calling Viplav and he answers rudely "Now what happened why are you calling me after all drama ?"
