None of them among above movies were Comic , light hearted or Happy go lucky Characters AT ALL . I can name more movies of him where he excelled in Serious roles . Even In Bajrangi Bhaijaan the whole second Half he hardly spoke ..& His all emotions were from his Face & eyes . That speaks in itself that he can do serious roles as well that too beautifully effortlessly . Thatzz different thing that here in this Forum no matter how much he is good Onscreen ...Some people will never going to appreciate him . Galti se taareef kar bhi de toh it would be more like They are doing some Ehsaan on him by doing little taareef of him .

Just coz From few Years he changed his genre & didn't do much of serious roles ..doesn't mean that he can not do serious or any other type of roles .

Saif is not a bankable star. The poor guy ain't even a star actually. He's ideal for multi-starrers only. And the cherry on top was kathputli Katty. Recipe for disaster. Kabir should've chosen better actors/stars & the movie would've been a hit.

So According to u Salman who was the MAIN LEAD of Bajrangi Bhaijaan , On whose character's name the whole Film's title was there , The Story of the movie was all about his relationship & bonding with a little girl . Almost everyone Cried on seeing Pavan's love for Munni , He made everyone cried .And U are saying He didn't do anything in the film ?
U are saying that He was there just to offer Star Appeal ? BRAVO !! 👏👏

The whole Brothel Scene ,Pre interval scene , The whole Dargah scene , Pavan knowing about Munni's place , Pavan knowing about Munni's real name 'Shahida' , The whole Climax scene . tell me any one of the scene from these where Salman as Pavan didn't emote from his eyes & face .
It's ok to criticise ..But Don't snach away someone's credit ..& give credit to the person where it is required .

No, I don't think so. Saif was perfect for this role.

Hmmm, Yes, I do think he can pull off his role. But going by the formula of his movies, the movie would have had a bit of comedy, a bit of romance, OTT action sequences, which wouldn't have suited the theme of the movie. But is he capable of doing serious full blown roles, yes he is along with many actors of BW.

Having said that, Saif was perfect in the role. I don't see anyone else for the given character. The intensity and depth he portrayed in the movie made Phantom what it is. Kabir was bang on with the casting. Kat and Saif did well for themselves.

Nope.But one thing I know for sure is that ANYONE could have done a better job than Katrina. Total waste.
