poonam is example for everybody who thinks life has not been good to them..god has given too many problems in life but learn from her after having such a hard life she emerged out as winner .all other contestant had very good life ...had training so they are singing better but poonam has sang to this level without any training so it is true that she is excellant singer with little training she will leave everybody behind..personally i prefer raja in this comptition but first time i like what himsh said that there cant be comptition between male and female voice so she is winner anyway...please pray for her and wish her good luck in future...

i agree yaar...i respect her so much...hats off to her...and she's already proven she's a winner...the way she sang today, she has a very bright future ahead of her

Just a request...buy her cd's whenever they come in market atleast that we can do for her..thats how she will go on top..

poonam is a very good inspiration for everyone. her journey just goes to show that everyone, no matter what your social status is, can dream and come very close to accomplishing his/her dream (if not accomplishing it).

One more person, who really worked hard on her is Ismail Darbar, we can easily see the changes in her singing from audition to the final performance...
