They showed ishraRu in Dr Manoj's clinic n ruhi luking sad cuz she heard dat her ishima can't become a mother. ..but she pray for her ishimaa n finally her prayers r accepted...cuz she force her ishima to do a pregnancy test n the doctor gives ishita a pregnancy test kit in vch result comes positive. ..then dey show Romika fighting in their room don't tell the reason of fighting but ishita watching them n trying to sort things between them n then romi leave frm there...n in another scene ishita finding ruhi having a teddy bear in her hand
