In Pakistani Film BOL, Mahira's little brother is shown as a transgender child who grows up and starts to deck up like a girl. He is also shown crushing on Atif Aslam's character in this film and wishes to marry him.

So yes, Pakistan's tiny industry did touch on these issues in the past but in such deep and mature ways . Nothing like the chicorapan Karan Johar likes to show like rishi in soty.
