The way I saw it is this: the video does not prove anything apart from the fact that Ragini intentionally tried to spoil Swara's cooking. Ragini can shed copious crocodile tears and say that she only did it since Swara had provoked her...that she feels Swara has married into the family only to keep her & Lakshya's bond from progressing...etc etc. The Maheshwaris may just feel that the sisters are on such bad terms, they are doing crazy antics like secretly video recording each other.

If this video were to be shown now, when Swara and Sanskaar bring more proof against Ragini later, the family might not take very seriously? (Putting it down to bad blood/ feud between the two sisters). So perhaps, Sanskaar feels it is better to use this video (which does not prove much anyway, apart from some poor attitude by Ragini), to get some leverage over her. We know he is feeling responsible & protective about Swara now, so he just wants to ensure she is not being victimized more by Ragini.

In a nutshell: he's probably thinking "we have to choose which battles to fight. We might lose this battle, but we WILL win the war" 😉 😊

Why do Sanskar blackmail ragz? Weird! I feel something fishy...
Sanskar blackmail ragz shows her the video, he warns her away from Swara...why'd not he shows a video everyone? Maybe he don't want lose to Swara so he had already lost his beloved love Kavita, remains him as he feels Swara as like as Kavita... Sanskar feel guilty as he's responsible mess separated swalak. he can do anything protect Swara! I think maybe he feels her.

Since this sanskaar blackmailing rags espisodes, my mind is thinking supposed rags and sanskaar were on this plan to separate laksh /sawara since the beginning but rags just went extra far with the attempted murder and sanskaar helped her(swara) to gain her trust..Coz this video would have cast doubt on rags .Sanskaar could have even shown swara the video but he didn't,thequestion is why he choose to blackmail rags instead of exposing her?I agree that sanskaar is feelin guilty but his nice boy act not cutting with me..I may b wrong about him .but something is not adding up with him and rags.sanskaar must have all the calls and tex btween him and rags to prove himself innocent,so where are those call logs?even if sanskaar saw rags adding salt why he didn't go and switch it and make rags look bad instead of swara,since he wants to take revenge on rags for selling him out...But rags still winning with her evil.

Thanks dear. I actually meant ssk though I didn't mention.They don't even know how to use mobile and do video recording.I just hope they won't ruin sanskar's character in future.Since Swara doesn't have any plan to break nagini's marriage she can happily fall for this guy who stood by her when she was in trouble now protecting her with out even letting her now.Want more SwaSan scenes.

The way I look at it is, that this video does not prove anything apart from the fact that Ragini and Swara are on bad terms, and the fact that Ragini is childish enough to spoil Swara's cooking. It does not in any way prove anything about Ragini's thoroughly evil plan to kill Swara.

There is really no way the Masheshwaris are going to believe Sanskaar and Swara on the strength of this video, they are too prejudiced right now. Therefore, he is just using it as a means of getting some leverage over Ragini. I think Sanskaar is just using it to make sure Swara is safe from Ragini's scheming, that's all.

Besides, we don't know yet that Sanskaar does not tell Swara about the video, right? He doesn't tell the family about it, but I haven't read any spoiler which says he does not tell Swara? He may have been able to retrieve the video and see Ragini's actions only after the dishes had already been prepared and tasted...
