My story line would be
After this crap, when RV throws Ishani out of house and his life, Ishani will become dead inside but strong to the outside world.
She will become a successful woman like RV after the first leap and give entry much to the delight of viewers.
RV who comes to know everything after she left tries to find her out,crying, regretting but become a man filled with life because of the pride of being loved this much.
His whole mission was to find her out.
Both are physically apart, but living each moment with their memories.
When RV finally finds her out, he could not reach her because she is not dependent on anybody, her family is well off with her support and she shows indifferent attitude to RV though she loves him very much.
Her fear would be if she let her feelings out, the image she has given as tough woman to the business word would be lost and to the most she could not bear more insults/heart breaks
RV is very proud and happy to find her and enthusiastically follow her, try to make business ties but Ishani would give no room for that.
When he sees her with other young business partners feels jealous and tried to win her possessively.
There will not be a RV who will magnanimously grant his love to any body who wants her. but the person very much possessive of her.
He knows the damage he has done to her heart and ready to wait for her for any length of time.
Ishani also longing to run to him in many instances but because of her ego, she let not allow that.
They can drag the story for some time, without hurting the viewers, with interesting episodes, fun filled episodes, heart wrenching episodes,
Then one day when RV is under any threat or about to meet an accident, Ishani forget about her present situation and run and save him hug him without caring her own life/ position and let her control break down. The great reunion will happen.
