At Sihor hospital, Nannu tackling with angry mob.. He makes them understand that excess intake of Vitamin A by the patient on his own has lead to complications in pregnancy, so it had to be terminated and it is not mistake of the doctor. People are convinced and leave the place.
Rajat, Mona and Sharad are discussing about hospital expansion plans.. Mona gives few suggestions and tells Rajat that he himself has to be convinced with the decisions first, then only he will be able to convince Nanu.
At Sihore hospital, Roshni sees a couple with their young son who are sad and crying. The boy has serious intestine perforations and doctor has asked them to sign consent form. The couple feels that it is better that their son dies at home than on operation table. Roshni convinces them to sign the form.
The doctor is not ready to operate on the boy because of the risk involved. He is worried that his family might have to suffer if the boy looses his life during surgery. Roshni agrees to do the surgery instead of the doctor. Nanu opposes that she can not do that since she is not employeed in the hospital. They agree upon signing another consent from the patient as a solution.
In the middle of the surgery power goes off. Patient's BP is dropping and Roshni is tensed. Thankfully generator starts on time and power is restored. Operation finishes successfully. The parents of the boy are happy and thank Roshni saying that she is like God to them.. Roshni and Nanu hug. On way back from Sihor, Roshni is thoughtful.
Dr Malhotra revealing his plans about joining Leela hospital to someone named Mr. Shukla.
Dr Siddique warns Nanu about Malhotra joining Leela hospital. He senses something suspicious. Nanu assures him that he always does his moves thoughtfully.
Precap: Malhotra tells Mona that he will direct 10 surgery patients daily to Leela hospital. For every patient he will take 20%
