Based on the trailers alone, Brothers.

Phantom might end up being a good movie, but the trailer was very badly put together.

saw the both trailers on the big screen...phantom looked same old wine in new bottle MEHH and brothers is quite interesting with different plot it seems...

Depends on WOM.Brothers might have better opening though.There is only so much Kat can do.Saif's B.O power is non existent.

I want Phantom to work for Kabir as He is such an Awesome Director . And I am sure He will not disappoint in Direction Dept atleast . Not sure about Saif , Kat & about their acting . But Hoping for the best for whole team .

But phantom promotions have not started yet. Wereas brothers promotions have started with full swing. And both movies have two weeks gap. The comparison should be between welcome back and phantom coz there is only one week gap between them.
