KAREENA KAPOOR 'DEEPIKA will be fabulous in Bajirao Mastani'

Kareena Kapoor Khan was on of the original choices for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's forthcoming Bajirao Mastani'. Now that Deepika Padukone is going to be seen as Mastani, Kapoor Khan has said she's confident that she will be great as the role.

"Every role has its own destiny. I am sure Deepika will be fabulous." Kapoor Khan had also been considered for Bhansali's previous movies, each of which ended up with different female leads. Talking about her equation with the filmmaker, Kapoor Khan smiled, "Sanjay and I have a chhattis ka akhra. We are like estranged lovers from our previous birth. In this life we are not meant to come together. But in our next life we'll kill it on screen".

"I really love Sanjay and he knows it. In spite of all the missed opportunities of working together we don't have a single negative thought about one another," she concluded.

Kapoor Khan will be seen next on the big screen in an item song in Brothers'. Her most recent release Bajrangi Bhaijaan' is also still going strong at the box office.
