Yes, Karan did a cameo in KZK. He played UD/Prem's frd. Accidentally his name was Karan in the show.

Cameo: A Special apperance or a small appearance in the show.

Karan was part of KZK family for some time.

yes, i knew it.... he was the friend of prem and for prem he did a fake romance with mukti to spoil her image🤢
