There is no way to prove Salman Khan was driving the car, no witnesses to testify the suppose "Truth" and the Indian Police did a terrible job during the early stages of investigation. It was an accident, reckless behavior no doubt, driving whiles under the influence is selfish and idiotic, but come on, Salman Khan is more productive for the the country as a free man. I think it would be injustice for Salman to spend years in prison, when he has and is willing to do so much for the country, he is creating much needed revenue and supports so many charities. It's in the best interest of the victims to be compensated (That is what they need and want), the driver of that car did not "willfully" kill. Do not waste tax payers money and precious time on this case, it is more logical to make Salman Khan give compensation to the family and the Indian Government do something about the homeless. The saddest part of this entire story is that, the homeless in India are hard working people and cannot afford basic shelter. I am sorry if i sound insensitive.
