salman played safe from 2010 onwards choosing similar films and holidays but with BB he broke the stererotype

aamir hardly played safe when it comes to choosing films but he always played safe with his christmas release

SRK played safe from 2013-2015 but with raees and fan up for release he isn't playing safe

did he chased after big banners and became their permanent employee like srk ?

but my thread is about entire career...not a few years' based phase.

ofcourse they are facts, in balck and white.. in terms of which big banners they were stuck with for longest times, what directors they milked and used at their peak (mainly srk only) and the top actresses ... also the many other tactics which we can gauge from the facts happened throughout their careers as how they shaped up their journey with their "choices".

so no, they r not mere perceptions.

I THINK (you asked, lol) it's Salman Khan. And I'm speaking strictly based on the movies I have seen of his. I felt it was the family type/romantic/90s movies first (which I liked) and then onto the masala movies in the past 5-6 years (which I cannot sit through).

The few movies I loved of his where he challenged himself were Kyon Ki, Tere Naam.

All of them...What do you mean playing safe?? None of them moved away from the commercial genre...Aamir and SRK tried to make it look like they were doing 'hatke' roles but except Aamir in TZP, NONE of the movies that either of them did qualify to be called as playing it 'unsafe'...
