That's impossible, they are very good friends. I don't think their relationship will end so easily. At least I hope not.

Besides, Nandini was an arrogant girl. That's why Ejaz had issues with her. But I don't think he will have a problem with Natasha because she is a sweet girl with a positive attitude.
