Kabir Khan and reporter share verbal blows at Phantom press meet

It was fault of reporter, thats the reason they dint make big circus out of it . And kabir delt with situation very well. He even said his team to give some water to the guy to relax him a bit.

There was a little unsavoury incident at the trailer release of Phantom' in Mumbai on Saturday, when the film's director Kabir Khan got into a heated argument with a journalist.

Phantom' has Saif Ali Khan playing a man commissioned by India's RAW to take out the terrorist elements in Pakistan.

At the trailer launch, Kabir Khan said that peace between India and Pakistan can't be possible as long as the two countries continued to have extremist elements.

This comment apparently didn't go down well with a journalist who asked Kabir to name the terrorists in India. As per a Zee report, the journalist even yelled at Kabir Khan.

Kabir Khan apparently told the journo, "First don't talk to me like that. This is something that I don't appreciate. Come over here instead and let me have a look at your face and then have a normal conversation. Don't get into all these talks."

Kabir Khan also clarified that he didn't use the word terrorist' but extremist'.

But when the journalist didn't cool down, Kabir said to him calmly, "I'm ready to talk to you provided you make this discourse a little more civil. Why are you yelling like that? Cool down and have some water."

Soon the situation was back in control, but this incident soured the evening.

LMFAOOO that was so idiotic! how can such dumb journalists exist and how can they get an entry to the trailer launch.

Who is this journalist Rajeev , must be one of the bhakts? It seemed like he had come there to create a scene only because the movie dealt with pakistan and terrorism..

By the way, Kabir is a such a cool-headed guy...Imagine had there been Vidhu Vinod or any other director in his place, what would've been the response..
