I agree with you Chandra.
Also it does not seem like they are planning a love track soon. What I also would like to watch on the show...more of...is the inner struggle and that they touch other aspect. Not only abuse on women but in general.Abuse has many degree and is formed in many ways. It is nice that the plot is rape victim...but what they need to fill it with is the inner struggle, how to deal with it, hope. So other people who are in another sort of abuse situation also relate to it.There is something called psychological abuse. Happens often than we know and the problem with abuse like this is, that the scar are on the soul and you got no prove. Coming out of a relationship like this is difficult...because no one understand.I would really like them to dig into child abuse and what that does to a person. It is said that a child who has been abuse has a tends to become an abuser. Is it true and how come? The thing about Dak is and the reason I love the show: It has so much story to tell and there is no need for rush...because the actors are brilliant. They are connecting with there characters, they give the characters shades and when an actor connect...viewers connect.
I completely agree with chandra that this point of time the focus should be solely on shauryas fighting first with diyas family & then the societ for justice for a rape victim , supporting her emotinaly, showing his concern & care for her which she is requiring at this point of time. Let them realise about the more than just friends feeling during the course of this journey slowly & gradually. Beautiful views Chandra, very impressive writup.
