Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile continues to keep viewers engaged with its intense and gripping narrative, and the upcoming episodes are set to take the drama a notch higher. Featuring Bharat Ahlawwat as Raghav and Aayushi Khurrana as Reet, the show is gearing up to present a series of hard-hitting sequences that will test the protagonist both emotionally and physically.
In the forthcoming track, audiences will see Raghav being imprisoned after being accused of Kriti’s murder. The storyline takes a dark turn as he is subjected to intense police torture in custody. One of the most striking sequences includes Raghav being forced to lie on a slab of ice while the police attempt to coerce him into confessing to the crime. While the sequence appears visually powerful on screen, filming it proved to be an extremely demanding experience for Bharat, who chose to perform the scene on a real ice slab.
It was a very different experience for me. I’ve never done something like this before.
- Bharat Ahalwat
A Physically Gruelling Scene That Pushed Limits
The actor opened up about the challenges he faced while shooting the sequence and revealed that it pushed him to his limits. Sharing his experience, he said, “It was a very different experience for me. I’ve never done something like this before. The jail torture scene was quite new and challenging. When I first read it, I was excited as an artist to get the opportunity to perform something so different. The scene wasn’t very long, but the intensity was high. The most difficult part was lying on ice. There was only a very thin sheet, which kept shifting with movement, and since the scene involved struggling and reacting to torture, controlling the body while maintaining modesty was quite tough.”
Bharat further spoke about the physical toll the shoot took on him, highlighting how the extreme conditions affected him during and after filming. He added, “After the shoot, it had a real physical impact, my skin turned red, and at one point, it honestly felt like my mind had stopped working because of the extreme cold and discom. But that’s part of the process as an actor. Overall, it was challenging, but I also really enjoyed doing it. The shoot has turned out very well, and I hope the audience connects with and appreciates the scene.”
Mystery Around Kriti’s Fate Deepens
The sequence not only showcases the character’s suffering but also reflects the actor’s commitment to delivering an authentic performance. By opting to shoot on a real ice slab, Bharat ensured that the reactions and emotions portrayed on screen felt genuine, adding depth to the storyline.
As the narrative unfolds, the mystery surrounding Kriti’s alleged murder deepens, leaving viewers with several unanswered questions. Is Kriti, played by Gouri Agarwal, really dead? Or is there more to the story than meets the eye? If she is alive, who could be orchestrating this elaborate setup to frame Raghav? Speculation within the storyline also points towards the possibility of Jayati Bhatia’s character, Sharda Bua, playing a significant role, further intensifying the suspense.
With its engaging plot twists and emotionally charged performances, Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile continues to hold the audience’s attention. The upcoming episodes promise a mix of high drama, mystery, and powerful performances that will keep viewers hooked.
