Well I know even before the segment was aired many had already expressed their displeasure over this matter! I was pissed off with it too and the recent TB article 😵 Uff!

I really wonder what makes people call Nandini a behenji? Thus far she has only worn sleeveless, strapped or halter neck kurtis. Does a behenji wear sleeveless tops? 😆 Then in that case to avoid being called a behenji the only other option is to strut around the college wearing bikini tops? 🤣 Looks like that is the case with CVs of KY2! Even I am from a major metropolitan city in India and though people here do dress in western, they refrain from wearing hot pants and bikini tops to college. And Nandini wasn't wearing some baggy outfits for her to be called one on stage. Its ridiculous that CVs came up with this idea just to show Nyonika make an attempt to humiliate her before everyone. It looked lame. How many kids in college wear designer outfits? Every reputed institution will have a mix of wealthy, middle class and scholarship students. Hardly 10-20% will belong to the upper strata of the society who spend lakhs just on clothes. Even upper middle class kids are grounded to some extent.

I would understand it if Navya was called one in her initial days where she used to wear those simple chudis and tie her hairs in two pigtails. Now even Navya doesn't look like a behenji in her otton anarkali suits that look nice on her but Nandini? Like SERIOUSLY?

I wish people would stop calling Nandini a behenji coz from no angle does she even remotely resemble one. What do you feel guys?

I second you.

I was highly disappointed when the TB video came out.

But then it's MTV and #ItsNotUsItsYou was a bigger mess. Mtv can do anything to promote their shows and CVs are helpless.

That's the problem, i don't like them using KY2 for promoting their idiotic shows!

I truly felt the same way

like seriously how can nandini be called a behenji

don't you think they slightly changed nandini ' s character by showing her that way

I was very angry when she felt embarrassed Instead of manik she should have been the one who spoke for her I can't believe that they did this to promote a show

I wanted to convey the same , thing which you did

I am facing net problem so the post was like that

I agree with u. #ItsNotUsItsYou still made sense as women are subjected to humiliation for the choices they make, be it in life or with their clothes. The excuses these filthy minded people give when they rape a girl is that she invited them to do it by wearing short clothes. But in this scenario, Nandu is no where close to being a behenji. She dresses up in a trendy yet dignified manner. Her chotu jhumkis thats she teams up with her kurtis are really cute and a good fuzion of Indo Western. How did she become a behenji now? 😕

True I agree! This was the same girl who punched the trustee's spoilt brat son in front of the whole college, the same girl who supported Navya by openly talking about pre-marital sex. The same girl who campaigned for Mukti. How on earth will she feel ashamed when some dumb idiotic folks call her a behenji? She has always fought for herself before and for her dear ones. Did she really need Manik to come to her rescue? She was capable of answering back herself.

No worries I understand 😳 My net is crappy at times too.

Cv's of Ky2 has seriously has lost it that's y they are coming with such hopeless ideas just for promoting show they have changed nandu's character too she could have stand up for herself she could have answered back instead manik cant believe this 🤪

Thanks Chitra 😳 Nandu doesn't dress like a behenji in anyway and she was shown to be a strong minded girl with values. Heaven knows y CVs screw up everytime 🥱 She never needed anyone's support before. Then why does she need now?

exactly...i too felt that the article was majorly stereotyped...nandini's dressing style is similar to many college girls...n i honestly feel no girl should be downgraded by calling such names...everyone dresses according to their own comfort...to each her own...

Yep that's how majority of college going girls dress up. And agreed! No one should be called a behenji just coz she cant wear skimpy clothes and neither should she be called a s**t if she wears short clothes.
