Ananya got up in the morning to find her phone inundated with missed calls. The calls were mainly from Kabir Ronnie and Richa.
Ananya was just going to call Kabir when the door bell rang. She opened the door to find a worried looking Ronnie and a furious Richa.

Ronnie: Have you checked the internet since the morning?

Ananya: Can either of you tell me what's happened?
Ronnie: Someone's posted a video of you and Kabir on the internet.
Richa: Don't sugercoat it! There's a video of you and kabir making out. It was originally an MMS but now it's found it's way to the internet.
Ananya's faced turned pale. She switched on her laptop. She was shocked to see the video.
Ananya: it's... it's... from the time we had gone to that conference at Golden Palm. Kabir had called me to his room for some work. We had dinner together and...
They must have had hidden cameras in the room.
Richa: Are you really that stupid Ananya? A seven star hotel like Golden Palm would have hidden cameras?
Ananya: It seems shocking.. But how else could this video reach the internet?
She looked at Richa who had pursed her lips.
Ananya: You can't be serious. How can you even dream of thinking that Kabir would do something like this.
Richa: Who else could it be? In these MMS cases at least half the times the man or women involed leaks the video. In your case, it's obviously Kabir Sharma. We know what sort of a man he is... Women are just toys for him..
Ananya: Enough. Not a word more.
A voice interrupted them.
Kabir: Ananya, you weren;t picking your phone. So I came in person.
Richa: Enjoying seeing the effects of your actions?
Kabir: Richa, I was aware that you didn't have a great opinion of me. But you are really taking this too far. You are a reporter aren't you? Haven't you ever learned to not believe rumors?
Ronnie, Richa: I'd appreciate if you gave us some time alone.
Ronnie and Richa left. The strong and firm Kabir transformed into a concerned, vulnerable Kabir
He put his hands on Ananya's shoulders.
Kabir: I am really sorry this is happening to us. We had suspected that there was something sinister going on at that hotel. We had expected it to be money laundering. But it looks like things are even more murky.

Ananya: Shh... Are you kidding me? It never even crossed my head. It's obvious that the hotel is responsible for this. They must have suspected that we are hot on their trail. They are just trying to throw us off.

Kabir was frustrated but he was also determined to proetct Ananya. He asked Laxman to get all the dirt on the hotel and also went and personally went over all the evidence they had gathered from the hotel.
He was lost in thought when he got a call from Khurana.
Khurana: We have traced the number from which the first MMS was sent
Kabir; Tell me who it is.. I'll not spare that rascal.
Khurana: I think you should come down to the station. Ananya is already here.
He rushed to the station and saw Ananya sitting in Khurana's office. She looked shaken to the core and didn't even glance at him as he entered.
Kabir: Who sent the first MMS?
Khurana: Kabir, we still need to investigate further. There's definitely more to this.
Kabir: Khurana tell me right now.
Khurana: Kabir,the MMS was traced to your number. Your personal number. I am sure there's a lot more to this. But right now I'll give you two some space to talk alone.
Khurana walked out. Kabir was stunned. And horrified. He looked at ANanya who hadn't spoken a word.
Kabir: You don't believe this, do you. This is all a trap... Ananya say something.
He put his hand on her shoulder. As a reflex she shuddered and moved away.
Ananya: I don't know. I feel like my entire world has been turned upside down.
