Hi Guys,
Watched Saturdays JDJ...unfortunately had to lose the remote to the kids before I got to the Sunday one...Do intend to watch Sunday episode, my sling keeps recordings for a week.
Okay...so I loved loved loved Shahid and Karan...!! Karan is really doing great and Shahid, what can I say...apart from the heavily gelled hair everything else worked...I could watch his dancing for the entire show...and he has a great personality, he is easy and is able to make fun of his own vanity...that was cool! I must add, Manish is a wonderful host...he has great chemistry with the judges and everyone else as well!!👏
Apart from that, I liked the first two dance numbers...one with Radhika and the second one with Mohit...I think the rest were run of the mill...and even though the prop was impressive in their act, I wasn't impressed with that khan guy who looks like a teenager...what show does he come on?
Any who...I think Mohit's dance was so much better than Vivian's who kinda did really nothing...for them to both get the same score did not seem right.
Shamitas dance was average from a technical point of view...Vivian's was really not a dance...at least he was hardly dancing...the khan guy was so ..so...and the girl who lost her leg...did well, for the position she is in...but it is hard to forget about her not having a leg since she is not wearing a prosthetic...
And yes, now that they have two judges, who actually know about different dancing techniques...it has become more authentic...although, these judges would need to focus more on the technical aspects...and not vote on emotions of the contestants...their background and other such things...

I only got to watch Sunday's episode yesterday...so this is way late...but will share some thoughts...
Raftars dance just blew me away!! The man has got groove! Perhaps the best dancer on the show!! 👏 At least in HIP HOP!!
I also liked Scarlets Jazz funk...it had all the elements of a well delivered Jazz. Almost perfect technically!!
Ashish ...needs to trust himself and try a little more...he seems to have written himself off...I am sure he can do better...
The girl who danced in red clothes was sensuous but OTT. Her boldness came across as a sign of being nervous...
Didn't really like the dance.. Not my cup of tea..
The lady from Simar show...sorry can't recall her actual name...really tried difficult lifts and stunts...but I think it is too much for a nondancer. The choreographer needs to think...
Finally Sanya, who I have watched before...looked absolutely GORGEOUS! However her dance was not very impressive. Hope to see better performances from her...in future!
I think shahid is the best judge of all and Karan is really funny!! Ganesh Hegde...hasn't impressed me...I was expecting him to be more focused on technical stuff...but his marking seems to be completely random...as per his whims and fancies...Even though I think a 7 to Sanya was a little harsh...perhaps an 8 would have been more in line from LAurene ...Her marking has been more consistent with the technical performance of each dancer!!
Did I say I love the chemistry between Karan, shahid and Manish??😆
