Kria's parents were sitting in drawing room with Rey's parents, Taani's mom-dad were also there, all were busy in random talks. Mr. Ghai was looking for an opportunity to bring up the marriage alliance topic.

"Ranvijay, What do you think about Rey's marriage? I mean its time he should get marry and start his family. Don't you think?" Mr. Ghai questioned ranvijay, Ranvijay looked at his wife then back at Gautam, Kria's father. They had never thought about his marriage, Rey never let that topic come up and he had told them sternly to not to try him to set him up with any random girl they would like.

"We haven't thought anything yet, I mean it's his life so we both had left everything on him, He can marry the girl he like." Ranvijay told him, Gautam nodded, he look at his daughter Kria who signaled him to talk about her marriage with Rey.

"Ranvijay, Mujhe tumhara beta Rey bahut pasand hai aur meri beti Kria bhi Rey beta ko bahut pasand karti hai so I was thinking why don't we get kria marry Rey. They are perfect for each other." Gautam told him, giving him hopeful look. All were quiet happy hearing it.

"What? No..Rey is not marrying this girl." Ranvijay was about to say something but was cut off by a loud voice. They all turned around to see the source of the voice and all were shocked seeing Taani standing at the bottom of stairs, looking like an angry lioness.

"Taani what is this? Elders are talking and this is not how you talk to elders Say sorry right now." Taani's mother commanded her in stern tone, if it was any other day taani would have got scared of her mother's anger and did as she had said but at that moment she was too angry too care about anything else. All she knew was she didn't want rey to marry kria or anyone else for that matter.

"Sorry Maa but Rey is not marrying her." Taani announced in stern tone, her gaze was fixed on kria who was shooting daggers at her.

"And who are you to decide this? It's about his life and you are not spoiling his happiness with your childish demands. Taani I'm saying you one last time apologize and go upstairs in your room" Taani's mother told her in stern tone.

"Why are you not understanding Maa. Rey will not marry her. He can't.." Taani told her mother, her eyes were begging her mother to understand her. Her mother shook her head and went to her. Holding her arm in rough grip she started dragging her away from there, not wanting to create a scene because of her daughter. Taani was wriggling in her mother's grip, trying to free herself.

"Maa where are you taking her?" Her mother stopped in mid way when she heard his voice..anger filled voice. Rey was standing at the entrance of mansion looking at the scene with rage filled eyes. Taani saw him, her eyes were filled with tears, taking advantage of her mother's lose grip, taani removed her hand and ran in his arms directly. Rey wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close to him as she cried in his chest. His blood boiled seeing red finger prints on her delicate arms, her mother had gripped her too tightly which had caused her this.

"Maa what is this?" Rey question her mother, taani hissed as rey hold her arms in gentle grip.

"Rey don't say anything. Tumhare hi laad pyaar ne ise bigaad diya hai. You didn't see how she was behaving. She needs to earn her lesson" Her mother spoke glaring at taani who had hide herself in his arms.

"Rey they are planning to get you marry to Kria. Tell them you will not marry her" Taani told her, tears were streaming down her cheeks.

"I won't doll. Stop crying." Rey consoled her, gently wiping her tears. He walked toward where all were standing in the middle of hall. Taani was clinging to him, scared if she let him go he would disappear.

"Rey you are listening to her. She is just a kid, now she would decide with whom you should get marry" Kria's mother said rather sarcastically. She was inraged, he had rejected his daughter just for taani.

"Give me one good reason why i should not listen to her? Her happiness matter to me the most and I'll not tolarate anyone hurting her, Even you maa, you shouldn't have treat her like that. You know that taani mere liye kitna matter karti hai toh aapne esa kyun socha ki woh meri khushi ke beech aa rahi hai? Meri khushi hai woh." Rey told them in stern tone, if someone else was in her mother's place he himself dont know what he would have done to that person for hurting his taani but she is her mother and he also love and respect her just like his own mother.

Rey's reply had sealed their lips, Kria was fuming with anger. Taani tighten his grip around him and hide her face in his chest.

"I'm not marrying you Kria" Rey told her in final tone.

"But why Rey? Give me one good reason why are you rejecting me?" Kria questioned him, taking step toward him.

"Because I don't love you" Rey told her, his eyes were spitting fire, Telling her to back off but Kria wasn't someone who would accept her defeat so soon. If she wasn't getting him then no one else would get him.

"Then whom you love? This little gold digger?" Kria questioned pointing at taani who had hide herself in his protective embrace.

"I must say aunty, You have taught her enough huh? I mean bachpan se hi Rey ko fasa rakha hai apne pyaar ke jaal mein" Kria said to her mother, Taani's mother threw a disgusted look at her. And Rey, he was looking like an angry wounded lion, ready to pounce on his prey.

"Enough!" Rey roared in anger, every single sould present there shudder in fear. They had never seen him this angry. Taani and Rey's parents were angry at kria too for saying bad things about taani but they didn't said anything knowing Rey will handle her and nobody had say in that.

"How dare you speak shit about her? Do you even know her or me for that matter? You are just a jealous bitch who want everyone to fall on your feet and for that you can do anything but remember one thing Ms. Kria Ghai, You are going to regret it badly and I will make sure you do. You will be begging infront of her to forgive you" Rey lashed out at her, he was protectively holding her in his arms. The words kria had used for his taani were unforgivable. His taani don't even know the meaning of those words and that bitch accused his taani for trapping him.

"Rey you are spoiling our relationship just for a girl like her?" Kria's father questioned him angrily, not knowing the angry beast in front of them could bear anything but his taani's insult.

"I was giving you respect thinking you are sharon's father but guess what you don't deserve it. The girl you are pointing at is my life and in front of her no other relation matter to me" Rey told him, staring at him with disgust and loath but that look changed into pure love when he glanced down at his doll, weeping silently in his arms. It broke his heart.

"You will regret it Rey" Gautam threaten him, Rey raised his one brow at her then gave him a devilsh smile.

"The one who is going to regret is you and your family, Mr. Gautam Ghai. You will regret insulting my taani, you will regret being the cause of her tears" Rey told him in threating tone that could make anyone shudder in fear and ghai family was no exceptional. They all knew what Reyaansh Singhania could do.

"Now leave before i call security" Rey told them. The ghai family left from there feeling insulted and angry.

"And you guys. I did told you i will not marry any girl then what is this?" Rey questioned his parents. They both look at each other then back at him.

"Rey you need to calm down. We will talk about this later, first you need to handle her, she is scared rey. Your taani needs you" Swayum spoke before anyone else could, He knows there is no use of talk when Rey is angry, he will not listen to anyone when it comes to taani.

Rey was visibly calmed at her mention, he glanced down at her. Rey scooped her in his arms and took her upstairs in his room.

"Sorry Bhai sahab for her behavior" Taani's mother apologized to him.

"Don't apologize Anupriya. We all know how possessive and protective they both are for each other." Ranvijay said to her.

"But what are we going to do now?" Rishi questioned, all look at him.

"I mean after what ever happened here gautam won't sit quietly, he will surely try to damage Rey's image" Rishi explained, scared for his daughter and Rey, knowing gautam will drag his daughter in his dirty game to get Rey.

"Don't worry about that Rishi, I'm sure Rey will handle everything. He won't let any harm come on taani" Ranvijay assured him, Rishi nodded in return. He was about to say something when they saw Rey descending down the stairs. Rey came and sat on couch.

"Where is taani?" Anupriya asked him. They all settled down.

"She is sleeping. I need to talk to you all" Rey told them. They nodded and waited for him to continue. Rey let out a sigh and ran his hand through his messy hair.

"You all wanted me to get marry. Right?" Rey asked them, They all included including taani's parents after all he is their son as well.

"Off course Rey, we want you to start your own family and settle down" Anupriya told him.

"Alright. I will get marry after 2 years." Rey announced bringing a bright smile on their faces.

"With whom?" Sharon asked him, she was a silent till now, had seen what happened with her familly but she chose to keep quiet knowing her family was wrong too.

"Taani" Rey told them, his eyes were shining with pride and pure love. While others looked at him with wide eyes swayum was smiled brightly. He got up from his place and embrace his brother and congratulate him then turned toward his family.

"Why are you guys so shocked? They are meant to be together, In fact I was shocked that you guys actually thought Rey would marry someone else. Since Childhood we all have seen how they both love each other deeply then how can we expect them to marry someone else." Swayum said to them, they all look at him and soon realization dawned upon them, he was right. They witness their love and adore their bond.

"But.." Anupriya started to say but rishi cut her off.

"But what anu. We should be happy that our daughter got someone like Rey" Rishi said to her.

"But I was saying we should keep their marriage on her 18th birthday." Anupriya said, immediately Ragini agreed with her.

"Yes Rey. It will be more special" Ragini beamed happily. Feeling happy that Rey chose taani, deep down she always wanted them to be together but was not sure how to voice out her thoughts thinking she might be wrong in reading their relationship wrong but now all her doubts got cleared when he himself announced it.

"I'll talk to her first then will let you know" Rey answered, he got up from his place and went upstairs leaving his happy family behind. Rey smiled thinking about his marriage with his doll, it was his dream that would turn into reality very soon. He can't wait to have his doll as his wife.
