There is no way that anyone could think Kritika is behind it because Shiv also said that the pagal ladki will steal Sid away and they have to save SidNi's marriage. Misha did steal Sid away from Roshni and broke their relationship. Kritika is Sid's sister so there is no way she could steal Sid away...So Shiv's message does lead to Misha. Misha might try to frame Kritika because she is stupid but that plan won't work as no one will believe her. Things are miving fast and I am sure by the end of the month or by the show's anniversary Misha's truth will be revealed in front of both families and SidNi.
