The director and producer of CDI thought he certainly could. But bhai thought he couldnt.

He was the first choice for chak de india and he could had done a great job

SRK was amazing but salman could had done that role too

yeah in his dreams😆...CDI would have been a big diasater if Sallu Uncle was in it...it needed a performer...not an over excited stripper

Salman had problem with CDI Climax, he wanted final match between India-Pakistan again, but Adi insisted on other end, so Salman quit CDI, while he was 1st choice of this film.

CDI is a gem of film, SRK's THE BEST, now i think no one else can do that role as he did, some films some roles are just meant for 1, same way as Srk can't do a Dabangg, here he excel in CDI.

NOTE: & Before ppl jump on me for bringing Salman here, thread is made on Salman vs Srk characters, can talk about characters 😛😉

Now this is kind of thread should be made rather than dragging cases or genre rap 😆👏

I am not talking about whether he was the first or the last choice...Could he have done this movie if he was in the movie?

And also if we talk about being 1st choice,a lot of other actors were first choice for many of the movies which worked but after watching those movies we can clearly say why they refused it..because they would have not suited the character

YES, He would have also done the fab if given chance, this i am talking about before SRK would have done it, coz of Film's Director. Character of Kabir Khan was not usual one, as now when we see film, Shimit Amin the director of film presented Srk in non-srk-glam quotient, he was playin Kabir Khan & Not Srk use 2 play roles @ time.

So a BIG YES, Shimit would have done fab job with Salman also. I Hope Shimit do a film with Salman now, it will be epic.

Sallu in stubble, yes he can.

As for the acting, don't think he can bring the subtlety which SRK was able to. One of my favorite SRK movie. I watch it on repeat even now.

@bold salman reason was not that. He had some other reason which was actually little lame 😆

Having said that yes he could had done the role.

yes but plot would have needed to be modified. Like when they wrongly accuse him of fixing salman would beat the crap out of 1000 people. Then when the loose a match salman would beat the foreign team until they are out because of injured. This way the team would win world cup.

Oh and the McDonalds scene would be girls sitting and salman beating everyone. Then the girls would realise how hot their coach is and decide to stay.
