What's the deal with the 2 sisters?

Do they live in the house or what? They show up every 10th episode or so...hilarious.

And why is that sister (not Chandra, the other one) hot and cold with Vidya. When her marriage got cancelled, she was acting all nice to Vidya, crying in lap, thanking Vidya......and then next thing you know, she's back hating Vidya....
